Our company was included in the List of Companies to Provide Valuation Services in accordance with the Capital Markets Legislation on 14.05.2008 in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's (CMB) Communiqué Serial VIII, No: 35.

BRSA Authorization Certificate
Our company is authorized to provide "Valuation of Real Estate, Real Estate Project or Rights and Benefits Related to a Real Estate" pursuant to the 11th article of the regulation on the authorization and activities of institutions that will provide valuation services to banks, with the decision of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) dated 07.04.2011 and numbered 4150.

Our company undertakes to cover the losses that may arise from the services it provides by taking out professional liability insurance in accordance with the "ç" clause of the 9th article of the Regulation on the Authorization and Activities of Institutions to Provide Valuation Services to Banks.
