Who Are We
It was established to provide real estate valuation, development and consultancy services to immovable owners and public and private institutions in accordance with International Valuation Standards.
It was listed by the CMB on 14.05.2008 to provide valuation services and with the BRSA's decision dated 07.04.2011 and numbered 4150, pursuant to Article 11 of the regulation on the authorization and activities of institutions that will provide valuation services to banks, "Real Estate, Real Estate Project or Rights Attached to a Real Estate and Valuation of Benefits" has been authorized to provide service.
Mehmet Kasab, our Chairman of the Board of Directors, and İsmail Duyar, our Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, are members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with the membership number 5927472 and the title of MRICS.
Our company was accepted to the List of Licensed Companies with the status of "Regulated by RICS" by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors "RICS" on 29.03.2023.
Since 2008, our service quality is Kalitest ISO 9001:2008 and since 2020It is certified with ISO 45001: 2018 certification.
